• Track performance and improve posts based on engagement.
• Build Spike's brand voice over time.

Who You Are

• 24 years of experience in content writing, social media writing, or SaaS content.
• Strong writer with clean, crisp, direct writing skills.
• Comfortable learning technical concepts quickly.
• Can take rough ideas and convert them into polished content.
• Enjoy working closely with a founder in a fast-moving environment.
• Love consistency posting regularly doesn't scare you.
• You understand LinkedIn (tone, pace, formats).
• You care about clarity, not fluff.
