Content Creation & Production

• Oversee end-to-end content production: scripts, videos, photo shoots, social media content, ads, blogs, and brand assets.
• Manage creative direction for all design, video, and editorial projects.
• Create high-quality scripts, copies, and visual concepts that elevate brand presence.
• Review and refine all content to maintain consistency, tone, and quality.

Team & Project Management

• Lead and mentor designers, writers, video editors, and content creators.
• Manage workload, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams and projects.
• Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and production teams when required.

Brand Building

• Strengthen brand identity and ensure creative output is aligned with brand guidelines.
• Introduce new creative formats, innovative storytelling styles, and viral content opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor content, and industry best practices.

The candidate must have a cultural and language proficiency of Kerala and Malayalam.
