Content Marketing Lead - SEO

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and driven Content Marketing Lead with deep expertise in SEO and performance-driven content strategy to help us expand our organic footprint and lead us toward category leadership in Travel & Expense SaaS. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a robust SEO strategy to improve rankings, drive qualified organic traffic, and boost brand visibility across global markets. - Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve site performance, crawlability, and indexing issues. - Optimize site structure and content through effective use of structured data (schema markup) and address any HTML/CSS-related issues. - Create and manage a strategic content roadmap focused on business objectives and keyword opportunities. - Ensure content quality - originality, brand alignment, SEO best practices, and timely updates across all web properties. - Continuously optimize on-page elements such as meta titles, descriptions, internal linking, and headers for enhanced performance. - Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to monitor traffic, analyze performance, and improve conversion paths. - Keep abreast of SEO algorithm changes, search trends, and best practices, while managing and optimizing Google My Business listings. - Use AI-powered SEO and content tools to accelerate research, generation, and performance analysis for impactful results. Candidate Requirements: Qualification: - BE/B.Tech or MBA in Marketing. - SEO certifications preferred. Experience: 2-5 years in SEO/content marketing roles. - Demonstrated expertise in both on-page and off-page SEO. - Hands-on experience with technical SEO audits and CMS optimization. - Prior exposure to SaaS and B2B website ecosystems is highly desirable. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert insights into strategies. - Proficiency in AI/automation tools for SEO and content is a plus
