Description
The role of Content Lead PH Growth Region involves developing and driving the overarching content strategy to align with the company's mission, vision, and business goals. You will lead the content management team in executing this strategy across all channels. Additionally, you will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive campaign strategies across paid, owned, and earned media channels, ensuring consistency and alignment across global and Zones/Districts within GR. Your responsibilities will include harmonizing the creation and execution of market Public Relations (PR) and Influencer Marketing (IM) strategies, establishing "golden rules" for media success, and fostering robust relationships with key media outlets and influencers for GR. You will also formulate and guide the strategic direction for owned social media and content planning, ensuring the production of compelling, high-quality content across platforms in collaboration with OMD, maintaining alignment with brand standards and audience engagement metrics. Moreover, you will define and oversee the strategy for owned social media and content planning to ensure the production of engaging, relevant, and high-quality content across all platforms. Collaboration with OMD creative teams will be essential to ensure content aligns with brand standards and audience expectations across the Zones. You will establish and enforce a comprehensive campaign success measurement framework, monitor end-to-end campaign performance, analyze data, and implement improvements based on data-driven insights partnering with Media and MI&A peers. Furthermore, you will evaluate and enable strategic recommendations to ensure alignment with market communications strategy, provide guidance and feedback to optimize campaign effectiveness and consistency, and review existing strategies, media plans, and tactics in collaboration with Marketing Intelligence and Media Effectiveness Program counterparts to continuously improve media and PR effectiveness. Nurturing a digital-first mindset across the GR marketing community and Public Relations managers will be crucial for promoting knowledge and best practice sharing across the organizational teams within the Region. To be the right fit for this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred) and at least 10 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in FMCG/D2C/consumer electronics or a similar fast-paced, innovation-driven industry is highly desirable. Additionally, you should possess a deep understanding of social media platforms, expertise in content creation and storytelling, strong analytical skills, and excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A passion for personal care and healthcare, as well as staying ahead of digital marketing trends, is also essential. Please indicate if this role is an office/field/onsite role.,
