Role Overview

We’re looking for a Content Intern with a strong command of English and a deep interest in climate, sustainability, and environmental storytelling. If you’re someone who reads widely, enjoys writing and research, and finds joy in shaping learning experiences, you’ll fit well into Zephy’s culture and mission.

• Strong proficiency in English; a postgraduate degree in English/Literature is preferred.
• Passionate about climate, nature, and impact-driven work.
• Skilled with words; excellent grammar, clarity, and communication abilities.
• A regular reader who enjoys absorbing ideas and translating them into structured learning.
• Someone who enjoys designing learning modules and educational content.
• Comfortable with detail-oriented data entry work.
• Curious, reflective, and eager to grow with a content-heavy, learning-centric organisation.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in creating Zephy’s climate-learning modules, including short lessons and question banks.
• Help with content upload and data entry into our learning system.
• Support ongoing development of learning frameworks.
• Contribute ideas to improve Zephy’s content, learning design, and climate storytelling.
• Maintain high standards of language, structure, and editorial quality across all content.

What You’ll Gain

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
