About Zephy Zephy is a young climate-focused organisation working to increase awareness, learning, and action around environmental issues. We create accessible, engaging content and support climate-positive initiatives through community-led efforts. Role Overview We’re looking for a Content Intern with a strong command of English and a deep interest in climate, sustainability, and environmental storytelling. If you’re someone who reads widely, enjoys writing and research, and finds joy in shaping learning experiences, you’ll fit well into Zephy’s culture and mission. Who You Are Strong proficiency in English; a postgraduate degree in English/Literature is preferred. Passionate about climate, nature, and impact-driven work. Skilled with words; excellent grammar, clarity, and communication abilities. A regular reader who enjoys absorbing ideas and translating them into structured learning. Someone who enjoys designing learning modules and educational content. Comfortable with detail-oriented data entry work. Curious, reflective, and eager to grow with a content-heavy, learning-centric organisation. What You’ll Do Assist in creating Zephy’s climate-learning modules, including short lessons and question banks. Help with content upload and data entry into our learning system. Support ongoing development of learning frameworks. Contribute ideas to improve Zephy’s content, learning design, and climate storytelling. Maintain high standards of language, structure, and editorial quality across all content. What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in climate education, content creation, and early-stage product building. Exposure to curriculum design, storytelling, learning journeys, and content adapted from diverse reading material. A chance to help build the foundations of a reading-forward, idea-driven climate organisation. Shortlisted candidates will need to complete a writing-editing test.
