Roles & Responsibilities:

Instagram Analytics & Reporting

• Track monthly performance for each client
• Create neat and insightful analytics reports (using IG insights + tools)
• Help the team use this data to guide future content decisions

Engagement Support

• Regularly engage on client profiles (likes, comments, responses)

Trend Research

• Keep a close eye on trending audio, formats, and viral creators
• Share trend updates relevant to each niche (coaching, real estate, etc.)

Content Bank Management

• Organize and update the client content bank

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram (especially Reels and content trends)
• Good with Google Sheets, Docs, and Instagram Insights
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Basic understanding of personal branding
• Bonus: If you’ve worked on content creation or growth before
