About the Role:

We're looking for a reel editor who gets storytelling, pacing, hook placement, and knows what makes people STOP scrolling. At The Growth Loop, video is everything and we’re only hiring editors who are obsessed with quality.

What You Need to Know (Editor Role)

• Strong command over

  Instagram Reels editing

• Expert in

  hook building

  , fast cuts, and high-retention visuals
• Can edit

  talking head, storytelling, whiteboard, meme & reaction-style

  videos
• Skilled in

  text overlays, captions, pacing & beat sync

• Experience with tools like

  CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro

• Understands

  Reels formatting, export settings, and IG-safe zones

• Quick with feedback & revisions.

Requirements:

• Experience editing short-form videos for personal brands
• Strong visual aesthetic and speed of delivery
• 2–3 years of experience in editing Instagram Reels
• Portfolio with high-performing reels
• Creative, reliable, deadline-focused
