About Us

Epic Venture is a venture capital firm managing multiple portfolio companies across industries. We are looking for a Content Head to lead our Video Production Department, focusing on delivering high-quality video content for multiple brands under our portfolio. This role is critical to ensuring creative excellence and consistency in all visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the video production department end-to-end – from ideation, storyboarding, and shooting to editing and final delivery.
• Ensure all video content meets the highest standards of quality, creativity, and brand alignment.
• Manage and guide the video editors, designers, and production team to achieve timely and polished outputs.
• Oversee production workflows, equipment usage, and resource planning for smooth operations.
• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to create content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and campaign requirements.
• Introduce and implement new techniques, tools, and trends in video production to keep outputs fresh and competitive.
• Maintain strict quality control across all projects to deliver consistent results.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in video production, editing, and creative direction.
• Proven leadership experience managing a video/content production team.
• Expertise in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Strong understanding of storytelling, visual design, and branding.
• Ability to handle multiple projects/brands simultaneously with a focus on quality delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
