Job Description

As a Content Head at JAIN Group, you will be leading the content strategy and management efforts at our esteemed organization headquartered in Bengaluru. With over 8-10 years of experience in content writing and management, including 3-5 years of team leadership experience, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire content lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include mapping content requirements, developing and maintaining detailed content calendars, and ensuring alignment with institutional guidelines and objectives. You will be responsible for leading, managing, and mentoring a team of writers, editors, and curators to produce high-quality and impactful content. By fostering a process-oriented culture within the team, you will ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Additionally, you will define Turnaround Times (TATs) for content deliverables, develop content guidelines, and conduct regular quality checks to maintain consistency, accuracy, and alignment with the institutional voice and tone. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role as you work closely with design, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution of branding and communication collaterals. Furthermore, you will oversee the creation and approval of internal communication materials and manage the development of long-form content such as whitepapers, authored articles, and press releases. Monitoring the performance of published content and recommending adjustments to improve engagement and impact will also be part of your responsibilities. By tracking insights and refining content strategies, you will contribute to the continuous enhancement of our content deliverables. To excel in this role, you should have a strong command of the English language (UK English), proficiency in writing, editing, and proofreading, and familiarity with style guides to maintain consistency. A keen eye for detail, basic understanding of design workflows, and strong process orientation will be essential in facilitating efficient content delivery. A graduate degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, English Literature, or a related discipline is required, with advanced certifications in content management or process management considered a plus.
