Content Developer – Story-Based Learning (Healthcare & Hospital Management)

Position Overview

The Content Developer – Story-Based Learning is responsible for designing visually engaging, narrative-driven digital learning materials for healthcare and hospital management education. The role focuses on converting real-life hospital scenarios, case studies, and operational workflows into compelling story-based videos, interactive presentations, animations, and AI-generated visuals. This position plays a key role in enhancing learner engagement, understanding, and outcome-based academic delivery.

Key Responsibilities1. Story-Based Content Development

• Create story-driven digital learning content, including case studies, real-world scenarios, and operational narratives based on hospital departments (billing, admissions, HR, F&B, nursing, quality, pharmacy, etc.).
• Transform academic topics into visual stories, animations, and scenarios that enhance comprehension and real-world relevance.

2. Visual & Multimedia Production

• Develop high-quality videos, motion graphics, and animated sequences aligned with academic modules.
• Design visual assets such as characters, environments, infographics, and layouts using graphic design and multimedia tools.
• 3. AI-Enhanced Content Creation
• Use AI tools for generating videos, illustrations, simulations, and visual storytelling assets.

4. Presentation & Deck Development

• Create visually appealing PowerPoint/Google Slides decks that support storytelling, scenario learning, and case-based teaching.
• Ensure all decks follow institutional branding guidelines.

5. Audio–Visual Integration

• Plan narration, script flow, sound effects, and voiceovers for storytelling content.
• Ensure seamless synchronization of audio, visuals, and animations.
• Integrate AI-driven workflows to speed up production and improve output quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
