Job Description

Job Title: Content Developer/Editor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement social media strategies aligned with company objectives, defining target audiences and platform focus.
  • Develop high-quality, original content (posts, visuals, videos) and schedule posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
  • Track key metrics (likes, shares, reach, conversions), analyze data, identify trends, and report on campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.
  • Maintain a consistent, positive brand image and voice across all social channels.
  • Stay updated on new platforms, algorithms, and social media trends to adapt strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience in content creation/edit
  • Exceptional Writing and Story Telling Skills in English
  • Self Starter with ability to take initiative
  • Video, Sound and Image editing skills.
  • Understanding of search engine analytics
  • Creativity, Innovation, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bilingual (English and Japanese)
  • Marketing / Communication Background
