Job Description

Job Title: Content Developer/Editor

Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement social media strategies aligned with company objectives, defining target audiences and platform focus.
Develop high-quality, original content (posts, visuals, videos) and schedule posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
Track key metrics (likes, shares, reach, conversions), analyze data, identify trends, and report on campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.
Maintain a consistent, positive brand image and voice across all social channels.
Stay updated on new platforms, algorithms, and social media trends to adapt strategies.

Qualifications:

2-3 years experience in content creation/edit
Exceptional Writing and Story Telling Skills in English
Self Starter with ability to take initiative
Video, Sound and Image editing skills.
Understanding of search engine analytics
Creativity, Innovation, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Bilingual (English and Japanese)
Marketing / Communication Background
