The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing visa applications, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations, and providing exceptional service to clients throughout the visa application process. Key Responsibilities: Review and assess visa applications for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures relevant to visa applications. Liaise with clients to gather required information, clarify doubts, and provide guidance on the application process. Prepare and submit visa applications to the relevant authorities, ensuring timely and accurate filing. Track the status of visa applications and follow up with authorities as needed. Provide clients with updates on their application status and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Maintain organized records of applications and documentation in compliance with data protection regulations. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance client service. Assist in the training and development of junior staff members as needed. Handle any issues or challenges that arise during the visa filing process, escalating as necessary.
