Techno-Functional Consultant

As an experienced SAP consultant with over 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements for new functions and enhancements, proposing effective solutions, and working closely with a team lead and PM based in Japan. Your role will involve documenting system configuration design, guiding junior consultants in implementing and testing new functions or enhancements, as well as reviewing system configurations and test results completed by junior consultants. - Analyze requirements for new functions and enhancements - Propose effective solutions - Work closely with a team lead and PM based in Japan - Document system configuration design - Guide junior consultants in implementing and testing new functions or enhancements - Review system configurations and test results completed by junior consultants Qualifications Required: - Knowledge and experience in the C4C specific module, preferably SalesCloud - Ability to clearly explain how C4C functions work - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent collaboration skills to work in a multicultural and multilingual team environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders - Proficiency in requirement/issue analysis, solution proposal, C4C scoping, and configuration in lead, activity, and opportunity areas - Experience in configuring authorization, screen layout, report & dashboard, and managing change projects in production,
