Content Developer

As a Content Developer for a new HR & L&D department in the real estate/construction sector, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging learning content such as PPTs, videos, and e-learning modules. Your role will also involve creating employee engagement activities and interactive learning experiences using AI-powered tools. You must possess strong research skills to stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies in learning and be proficient in developing compelling learning content. Proficiency in Excel is essential for this role, and you should be well-versed in both English and Hindi languages. Additionally, you will be required to manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) platform. This position does not involve training responsibilities but focuses on content development using AI tools. You must be willing to work from the client office located in Malvani, Malad, Mumbai, following a 5-day work week. Candidates residing in Malad will be preferred for this role.,
