About the company:

CognoSpace is an activity-based education solutions provider focused on Experiential Learning through 500+ hands-on activities across 20+ STEAM sub-modules aligned with NCERT and Cambridge standards. We collaborate with schools to set up smart labs equipped with advanced tools like AI, Drones, AR/VR, Automation, and 3D Printing. All our teaching materials are designed by our In-house research team and produced at our own facility to ensure high-quality, engaging learning experiences.

About the Role:

• Develop engaging STEM lesson plans, activities, and scripts.
• Create manuals, assessments, worksheets, and textbooks aligned with the given curriculum.
• Align content with CognoSpace’s curriculum pillars: Conceptual Understanding, Engineering & Application, and Technology.
• Monitor content effectiveness and improve based on feedback and outcomes.
• Document lesson results and maintain a continuous improvement loop.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in educational content development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for content preparation and documentation.
• Prior exposure to 3D modeling software, especially Fusion 360, is highly desirable.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and instructional design skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for different age groups.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a learner-centric approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
