Content Developer

As a Full-Time Content Developer at The Prayas India in Thane, you will have the opportunity to create high-quality educational content for various domains including UPSC Civil Services, Banking/SSC CGL, and MBA Entrance Exams such as CAT and CET. Your responsibilities will involve developing text and video content for classroom teaching, online platforms, and YouTube. Additionally, you will design notes, questions, test series, scripts, and presentation material. Collaborating with the video editing team, you will record concept explanation videos to facilitate learning. Furthermore, you will manage domain-specific social media handles, ensuring regular postings and engaging with learners. Staying abreast of the latest exam trends, pattern changes, and current affairs is essential to provide up-to-date content. We are seeking individuals who are experts in at least one of the domains mentioned, with a strong command over the subject matter and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in content structuring, video scripting, and editing is desirable, and editing support will be provided as needed. The ideal candidate will possess good presentation skills, be comfortable in front of the camera, and demonstrate a creative mindset with a proactive approach to tasks. Deadline-driven individuals who have prior teaching or content creation experience will be preferred, although talented freshers passionate about education are encouraged to apply. A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field is desirable.
