Job Title: Content Curator – Salon Location: [Chennai] Job Type: [Full-Time / Part-Time / Freelance / Remote / Hybrid] Reports to: Marketing Manager / Salon Owner Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Curator to manage and enhance our salon’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty, haircare, and wellness, and a strong understanding of content trends across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, organizing, editing, and publishing engaging content that reflects our brand and attracts our target audience. Key Responsibilities: Curate, edit, and schedule content across all social media platforms. Source user-generated content (UGC), client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage from stylists. Work with the creative team to maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic. Collaborate with stylists to highlight services, seasonal trends, and featured products. Monitor beauty trends and competitor content to inform strategy. Assist in managing a content calendar aligned with promotions, events, and campaigns. Track content performance and optimize based on engagement analytics. Ensure proper crediting and permissions for any third-party or UGC content. Write captions, blog entries, or newsletter blurbs that align with the brand voice. Requirements: Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing—preferably in the beauty, fashion, or wellness industry. Strong eye for design, photography, and visual storytelling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Canva, Later, Hootsuite, Instagram, TikTok). Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of current beauty trends and salon industry best practices. Nice to Have: Experience with basic photo/video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut). Familiarity with SEO and blogging platforms like WordPress.
