About the Role:

We’re looking for a content-first, camera-ready individual who can independently ideate, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality, scroll-stopping content. This is a creator role, not a managerial one. It is perfect for someone who enjoys being behind the lens, on camera, and in the edit timeline.

You’ll be the person who transforms everyday brand moments into engaging Reels, Meta ads, and stories - from trending audio and behind-the-scenes snippets to product explainers and founder-led clips.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form video content

  using mobile-friendly tools (CapCut, InShot, VN, etc.)
• Capture and post

  day-to-day Reels

  that feel native, real, and platform-appropriate
• Film

  behind-the-scenes (BTS)

  moments at the studio, production facility, and events
• Appear on camera when needed or direct others (founder, team, customers)
• Spot

  trending formats, audio, and visual styles

  , and adapt them for the brand
• Collaborate with the marketing team to

  create content for both organic and paid use

  (Instagram, Meta ads, influencer collabs, etc.)
• Deliver a

  steady stream of content output

  that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and tone

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media (freshers welcome)
• Strong interest in beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands
• Proven ability to shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, UGC)
• Familiarity with editing tools like CapCut, InShot, VN, Canva, or Adobe Rush
• Comfortable appearing on camera or filming others with a creative POV
• Awareness of Instagram trends, reel formats, and audio styles
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand aesthetics
• A personal Instagram or content portfolio (even if casual) is a big plus
