Stipend: Rs 5,000/ month

Internship Description:

• Create engaging reel videos and graphics for company social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
• Develop and execute creative concepts that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and develop content strategies.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize content performance.
• Ensure consistency in visual style, messaging, and brand voice across all social media content.
• Edit and optimize videos for various social media platforms, including adding captions, music, and effects.
• Design eye-catching graphics, including images, illustrations, and animations, for use in social media posts, stories, and advertisements.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage content calendars and scheduling tools to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience creating reel videos and graphics for social media, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
• Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance metrics is a plus.
