About the Role

We are looking for a creative and versatile Content Creator who can produce engaging content across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should understand current trends, storytelling, social media algorithms, and audience psychology to create content that drives engagement, growth, and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality short-form and long-form content for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Generate fresh, trending, and relatable content ideas regularly.
• Develop scripts, captions, storyboards, and creative concepts.
• Shoot and edit videos using mobile or professional equipment.
• Design visually appealing graphics, reels, and posts.
• Stay updated with viral trends, memes, music, and platform algorithms.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, designers, and editors.
• Optimise content based on analytics, insights, and audience behaviour.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Ensure brand voice, tone, and style guidelines are followed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and copywriting skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of SEO and social media algorithms (bonus).

• Trend-savvy and highly creative.
• Comfortable in front of the camera.
• Good sense of humour and relatability.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new formats and ideas.
• Strong research skills for informative/psychology/fact-based content.

Pay: ₹13,857.21 - ₹25,000.00 per month
