What You’ll Do
Plan & manage content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn & FacebookWrite engaging content on business, startups & brandsLead a 3-member creative team & review content before publishingEnsure brand consistency across campaignsTrack performance, analyze insights & bring fresh ideasExperiment with reels, campaigns & employee engagement activitiesFoster a happy, creative, and collaborative team environment

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in content creation & social media managementStrong writing and storytelling skills with a business/brand focusAbility to lead, mentor & review the work of a small creative teamKnowledge of branding, marketing & digital trendsHands-on skills in Designing, shooting & editing -ability to use cameras, gimbals & editing tools
Proficiency in Photoshop, Premiere Pro & related design/editing softwareFamiliarity with basic digital marketing & performance marketing strategies

Must be Fluent in English and Malayalam
