Role Overview:

People Function – Learning & Development

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Development & Learning Design

• Research, design, and create a wide range of learning assets such as: Short learning modules, Articles and micro-learning content, Infographics, Presentation decks, and Scripts for short training and explainer videos
• Develop content that

  instils the values, service mindset, and behaviours

  required to deliver

  exceptional customer experiences

  in a premium retail environment.

2. Soft Skills & Behavioural Training Support

• Assist in developing and updating training materials focused on: Communication skills, Customer service excellence, Professional conduct, Workplace effectiveness
• Adapt content for

  corporate as well as retail audiences

  .

3. Collaboration & Quality Control

• Work closely with the

  L&D and Training teams

  to ensure content aligns with: Learning objectives, Organisational culture, Titan’s brand guidelines
• Review and edit existing content for: Clarity, Consistency, Grammar, Alignment with modern learning best practices

Eligibility / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master’s in communications

  ,

  Journalism

  ,

  English

  ,

  Human Resources

  or a related field. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in the 2025 batch only considered:
• Strong interest in

  learning, training, content development, and people development

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Exceptional

  written and verbal communication skills

• Strong

  attention to detail, grammar, and content quality

• Proficiency in:

  Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)

  and

  Google Workspace

• Demonstrated

  creativity and ability to make learning content engaging and visually appealing

• Basic understanding of

  instructional design principles

  is an added advantage
• Strong

  passion for customer service, learning, and professional development

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
