About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and creative interns to join us as

Content Acquisition Associates

for our

OTT platform

Rangoli Cinema.This role is perfect for

students and freshers

who want to enter the

entertainment, digital media, and content industry.

You will work directly with our content and business development team to

discover, approach, and onboard creators, podcasters, filmmakers, and YouTubers

to publish their work on

Rangoli Cinema under our 80/20 revenue-sharing model.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research

YouTubers, podcasters, filmmakers, and independent creators.

• Pitch the benefits of publishing on Rangoli Cinema (

revenue share, monetization model, exposure

).• Reach out to creators through

email, Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone calls.

• Assist in

onboarding creators

and coordinating content submissions.• Understand various content categories (

short films, podcasts, music videos, web series

).• Maintain a database of potential and confirmed creators.• Support

marketing and promotional campaigns

related to creator partnerships.

Skills Required

• Good communication & convincing skills• Basic understanding of

YouTube, OTT, podcasts & digital content

• Confident in reaching out to creators• Creativity + strategic thinking• Ability to

work independently

& meet weekly targets
