With a strong legacy in both Tollywood and Bollywood, the company has collaborated with top-tier artists and earned prestigious recognitions, including the Best Kalakar Award by ETV Bangla.Major works include the acclaimed Bengali TV serial "Kauasha Ghera Karseong" and the feature film "Aparajita".The company has recently launched its own OTT platform — Rangoli Cinema, available on the Play Store.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a PR & Marketing Executive, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area.The role involves creating and implementing marketing strategies, building strong media relations, promoting ongoing and upcoming projects, and driving brand visibility across digital and offline platforms. Daily responsibilities include managing promotions, coordinating with media outlets, running campaigns, and supporting overall brand communication.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute PR and marketing strategies for films, OTT content, events, and brand activities.Handle communication with media, press, influencers, and industry partners.Create engaging promotional content for social media and digital platforms.Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, interviews, and press releases.Increase brand visibility and audience engagement across all channels.Monitor trends, analyze campaign performance, and provide insights for improvement.Maintain organized records of media contacts, campaign reports, and outreach activities.Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications
