Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process , providing information on courses and programs , and assisting with the application procedures . Additional daily tasks include conducting interviews, following up with applicants , and maintaining detailed records of interactions to ensure a smooth admission experience. Key Responsibilities Provide accurate information on programs and admission procedures. Conduct interviews and counsel prospective students. Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude. Maintain detailed and organized records of student interactions. Support marketing and outreach activities to attract new applicants Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
