Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, fast-thinking, insight-obsessed CMI Manager to join our marketing team. This is not a traditional insights role — you’ll be expected to dig deep into our rich first-party data, decode consumer behaviour, and power marketing and product decisions with razor-sharp insights. You will also play a pivotal role in tracking brand health, guiding new product launches, and being the voice of the consumer across the organisation.


Key Responsibilities

· Own the consumer insight’s function — proactively identify key behavioural shifts and unmet needs across categories.

· Be the consumer voice in every room — from product brainstorms to GTM reviews to strategic offsites.

· Design and manage brand health tracking to measure awareness, consideration, and equity across cohorts and geographies.

· Lead insight generation for new product development — from opportunity mapping to concept testing to post-launch learning.

· Set up systems for continuous insight mining from first-party data sources — NPS, reviews, D2C chats, customer calls, retail interactions, etc.

· Work closely with performance marketing, D2C, retail, and category teams to translate consumer data into actionable interventions.

· Drive qualitative & quantitative research projects with partners or in-house to answer business-critical questions.

· Deep dive into competitor strategies, market trends, and cultural cues to sharpen TSC’s strategic thinking.

· Build compelling consumer stories and decks that inspire action across creative, digital, CX, and product teams.


Who You Are

· 4–8 years of experience in CMI, research, analytics.

· Strong grounding in qualitative and quantitative methods — not just executing but asking the right questions.

· Experience with brand tracking, concept testing, etc is a strong plus.

· Design and lead custom insight studies using first-party data — mining NPS feedback, reviews, CRM, chat transcripts, call logs, and retail inputs to uncover actionable consumer truths and build a continuous listening system

· Comfortable working on fast-paced product innovation and iterative feedback loops.

· Highly agile and entrepreneurial — thrives in fast-paced environments with minimal hand-holding.

· A storyteller and strategic thinker, who can make data speak to creative and business teams alike.
