About the Role

As a Consumer Experience Dentist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and

monitoring the patient experience across all our clinics. This is not a traditional clinical

role—it combines clinical expertise, patient empathy, and operational excellence. You

will ensure that patients receive world-class care, teams follow consistent protocols,

and every clinic delivers on our brand promise.

This is a high-impact role, requiring frequent clinic visits, sharp observation, structured

reporting, and collaboration with leadership to drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Journey Audits

  • Conduct regular clinic visits to observe and assess the complete patient

journey—from reception to consultation, treatment explanation, and follow-up.

  • Identify friction points, lapses, or inconsistencies in patient experience.
  • Perform spot checks on hospitality, waiting time, treatment clarity, and

transparency.

2. Experience Strategy & Process Optimization

  • Develop frameworks to standardize consultation and patient care across all

clinics.

  • Partner with operations to reduce friction and ensure seamless patient flow.
  • Suggest and implement improvements in patient communication, hospitality,

and comfort.

3. Data-Driven Insights

  • Collect and analyze patient feedback during clinic visits.
  • Report recurring issues to leadership with actionable recommendations.
  • Track key experience metrics (NPS, patient satisfaction, follow-up adherence).

Who You Are

  • BDS/MDS with 1–3 years of clinical experience.
  • Strong understanding of patient psychology, communication, and hospitality in

healthcare.

  • Prior exposure to clinic operations, consumer experience, or quality audits is a

plus.

  • Analytical and structured thinker who can convert observations into actionable

insights.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills to coach doctors and staff

effectively.

  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bangalore across all clinics.
