Consulting Associate, Information & Communication Technology

As a Consulting Associate at Frost & Sullivan's Information & Communications Technology (ICT) Advisory practice, you will play a crucial role in managing client engagements, ensuring strategic and tactical recommendations" integrity, and developing detailed business and market strategies. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, showcasing expert market knowledge and fostering strong business partnerships. Your success will be measured by the value generated through business development and fulfillment on consulting engagements. This position includes revenue and utilization targets and may involve travel. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Project Leadership:** Manage major strategic consulting engagements from start to finish, including design, planning, cost management, primary research, and developing client-focused solutions. - **Industry Interaction:** Conduct primary research and strategic discussions with industry participants, leveraging your industry knowledge and network. - **Presentations:** Analyze research data and project outcomes to create concise reports and presentations for a C-suite audience. - **Business Development:** Cultivate and maintain client relationships, perform detailed business needs analysis, showcase expert industry knowledge, and craft compelling consulting proposals. - **Domain Expertise:** Act as an industry expert and trusted advisor for key clients in the telecommunications and IT services sector. **Qualifications Required:** - Proactive, methodical, and committed consultant with a passion for information and communications technology. - Proficient in research methodologies, information management, and project management. - Strong understanding of ICT space, data center, cloud services, and emerging technologies. - Skilled in client relationship management, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Capable of developing strong business relationships, creating proposals, negotiating, and closing deals. - 3-5 years of experience in market research/consulting, preferably in the data center and cloud service sector. - Engineering degree and/or a business postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA). - Excellent English written and oral communication skills; proficiency in an additional European or Asian language is a plus. - Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with remote supervision. - Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, adhere to high-quality standards, and think strategically to support the business's overall strategy.,
