What will the role be responsible for?

As the incumbent in the role, you will:

• engage with clients to understand their objectives, opportunities and challenges. Engage to gather relevant data for analysis.
• assess client’s products, markets, organization, and processes through detailed financial analysis. Examine revenue streams, cost structures, margins, and productivity metrics to validate issues and quantify opportunities.
• analyse financial and operational data to uncover trends, variances, and performance drivers. Translate these into actionable insights that strengthen business plans.
• assist clients in implementing recommendations.
• maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and delivering value-added services.
• initiate industry research and drive thought leadership.
• collaborate with the internal team as well as the client teams to drive outcomes.
• communicate recommendations and findings through project updates. You will be expected to write reports, make presentations, and conduct workshops and be a compelling communicator.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for Business Consultants with 3-8 years of experience in a role(s) involving engagement with clients with consulting firms. Financial Analysis skills are a must. We expect persuasive and compelling communication and an ability to manage complex projects. We are also looking for an ability to continuously learn and have a breadth of perspective. An ability to build relationships and networks and with an orientation towards delivering results.

The incumbent should hold an MBA degree or equivalent or hold a CA qualification. A background (education and/or experience) in Agriculture/Food is desired – but not mandatory.
