Role Overview: Evalueserve, a global leader in delivering innovative solutions to clients worldwide, is looking for a consultant to join their Insights and Advisory team. You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and data-driven insights to organizations across various industries. As a consultant, you will collaborate with clients to transform their business models and deliver high-value outcomes by leveraging your expertise and innovative approaches. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying and developing opportunities to grow the relationship. - Utilize a framework-based approach to effectively structure and solve complex business problems. - Contribute to the development of the TMT practice by developing innovative ideas, frameworks, and approaches. - Communicate effectively and present results to all audiences, including senior leaders in client organizations. - Work with high-performing teams on consultative projects for TMT clients to help them develop their strategy and solve complex business problems. - Mentor analysts and senior analysts for successful project execution. - Utilize advanced AI-powered tools in EVS to extract insights, optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and drive sustainable growth. - Build domain knowledge of niche technology areas as per project requirements. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of business research or strategic consulting experience, with minimum 3-4 years in a reputed organization. - Proven track record of working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). - Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university; advanced degree or MBA preferred. - Strong academics with very good communication skills.
