Consultant Team Lead

We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Team Lead to join our client's team. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience and expertise in Performance & Goals (PMGM), Timesheet, and SAP ECC integration. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementations and providing support across SAP SuccessFactors modules. This role involves client engagement, solution delivery, and team coordination. As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Team Lead, your key responsibilities will include leading and managing implementation and support projects, serving as a Subject Matter Expert in Performance Management, Goal Management, and Timesheet processes, collaborating with clients to gather business requirements, providing strategic direction and mentorship to teams, preparing functional specifications and documentation, resolving business-critical issues, conducting system testing, user training, and ensuring project delivery aligns with SAP best practices and customer standards. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, strong knowledge of SAP ECC integration, experience in leading full-cycle implementations, deep understanding of HR processes, demonstrated leadership and project management skills, excellent communication and analytical abilities, and preferably SAP SuccessFactors certification in PMGM or related modules. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field, experience with multinational clients and multi-country rollouts, and exposure to additional SAP SF modules like Employee Central (EC), LMS, or Recruitment.
