Role Overview: You will be joining as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Team Lead for our client. Your role will involve providing hands-on expertise in Performance & Goals (PMGM), Timesheet, and SAP ECC integration. As a key leadership position, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementations, client engagement, solution delivery, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support projects focusing on PMGM, Timesheet, and ECC integration. - Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Performance Management, Goal Management, and Timesheet processes. - Collaborate with clients to collect business requirements, design solutions, and execute high-quality implementations. - Offer strategic guidance and mentorship to the functional and technical teams. - Create functional specifications, business process documentation, test scripts, and training materials. - Address critical business issues, manage enhancement requests, conduct system testing, provide user training, and post-go-live support. - Ensure project delivery aligns with SAP best practices and customer standards. Qualification Required: - Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in PMGM and Timesheet modules. - Proficiency in SAP ECC integration with SuccessFactors. - Experience in leading a minimum of 12 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations. - In-depth understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management. - Demonstrated leadership skills, project management proficiency, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical abilities. - SAP SuccessFactors certification in PMGM or related modules would be advantageous. Additional Details of the Company: - Employment Type: Full-Time - Location: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai - Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred - Package: 12 to 15 LPA - Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience with multinational clients and multi-country rollouts. Exposure to additional SAP SF modules such as Employee Central (EC), LMS, or Recruitment.
