As a Consultant / Sr Consultant in Noida with 3-6 years of BI experience, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Designing and developing BI reports, Paginated Reports, and dashboards by understanding business requirements, designing the semantic model, creating visualizations, and writing proficient DAX expressions for complex data transformation and filtering logic. - Managing data sets to ensure they are clean, accurate, and curated according to business requirements. This includes data extraction, transformation, creating deployment pipelines, and managing content across different PBI Environments. - Collaborating with stakeholders such as business analysts, project managers, and data scientists to understand data needs and deliver solutions. - Ensuring data accuracy in dashboards and reports by validating data and implementing quality checks. - Training end-users on effectively using dashboards and reports for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions. - Troubleshooting data-related issues, ensuring scheduled refresh of Power BI Published components, fixing gateway connection and access issues, maintaining subscriptions for reports, and assessing impact of enhancements or data changes. - Staying updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices in data analysis and visualization field. Qualifications required for this role include BE / B. Tech / MCA or any related bachelor's degree. Skills required include good knowledge of normalization and denormalization of data, working on ad hoc reports, analytical and reasoning skills, and good written & oral communication skills.,
