Consultant / Sr Consultant

As a Consultant / Sr Consultant based in Noida with 3-6 years of BI experience, your main responsibilities will include designing and developing BI reports, Paginated Reports, and dashboards. This involves interpreting business requirements, creating semantic models or Dataflows, and generating visualizations that offer actionable insights. You should be proficient in writing complex DAX expressions for data transformation and filtering logic. Data management is a crucial aspect of your role, where you will be responsible for ensuring that data sets are clean, accurate, and aligned with business requirements. This may involve extracting data from sources, performing necessary transformations, and managing content across different PBI Environments (DEV, TEST, QA, PROD) by creating deployment pipelines. Collaboration with stakeholders such as business analysts, project managers, and data scientists is essential. By understanding their data needs, you will be able to deliver solutions that effectively meet their requirements. Furthermore, you must guarantee the accuracy and reliability of data presented in dashboards and reports by implementing quality checks and validations. Training end-users on utilizing dashboards and reports effectively is also part of your role. You will be responsible for explaining data interpretations and assisting in making data-driven decisions. Troubleshooting data-related issues, maintaining Power BI Published components, fixing gateway and access issues, and managing subscriptions for reports are vital tasks. Remaining updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices in data analysis and visualization is crucial. A suitable qualification for this position includes a BE/B. Tech/MCA or any related bachelor's degree. Skills required for this role include a good understanding of data normalization and denormalization, creating ad hoc reports, strong analytical and reasoning skills, and excellent written and oral communication abilities.,
