Consultant - SOX Compliance

Seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon. As a Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring SOX compliance through the design, execution, and assessment of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR). You will be responsible for executing client-related engagements, including SOX 404 assistance, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), internal audits, and process reviews.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to discuss with risk owners to identify and assess key risks. You'll also perform gap assessments, review and assess internal control designs, and develop critical process documentation. You'll be involved in testing procedures, including substantive testing, Information Produced by the Entity (IPE) testing, and Management Review Controls (MRC) testing. As a Consultant, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist clients in preparation for external audits. Requirements

• Qualifications:

   Graduate/Post-Graduate degree

• Experience:

   1 to 3 years of experience in SOX compliance, internal audit, or related fields.

• Skills:

   Medium to high proficiency in MS Office is required. A good blend of creative thinking and rigorous analysis in solving business problems.

• Responsibilities:
