As a Consultant, Solutions Pricing at TransUnion, you will play a key role in growing the company's top line and bottom line through the development and execution of data-driven pricing initiatives. Joining our team means working with great people, pioneering products, and cutting-edge technology. **What You'll Bring:** - 6+ years of experience as a business analyst with strong analytical and project management skills - Ability to effectively translate business requirements into solution design and challenge the status quo - Proficiency in a range of Business Intelligence tools and systems - Strong analytical aptitude and communication skills to present data effectively - Experience in leading multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Versatile interpersonal skills with effective communication at all levels - Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field **What We'd Love to See:** - Experience in automating and streamlining business processes using tools like Dremio and programming languages such as R, Python, PySpark, and SQL - Data modeling experience with relational databases, customer segmentation, and pricing models - 3+ years of experience in an analytical pricing role with a solid understanding of pricing principles - Proven ability in relationship building and working in matrixed organizations - Growth mindset with a willingness to innovate - Availability to work through 11am CST US time **Key Responsibilities:** - Support revenue growth and margin management in US and International Markets - Manage contract renegotiations and strategic pricing decisions - Build relationships and become a thought leader in pricing - Deliver analytic insights and recommendations through compelling presentations - Manage price increase campaigns and pricing models - Develop new dashboards, reports, KPIs, and metrics - Mentor and train junior colleagues - Participate in talent evaluation and recruitment **Impact You'll Make:** In this role, you will autonomously drive revenue growth and margin management, lead pricing strategy, and deliver actionable insights. Your contributions will be crucial in building relationships, developing pricing models, and fostering a high-performance culture within the organization. Please note that this is a hybrid position, requiring a mix of virtual and in-person work at a designated TransUnion office location for a minimum of two days per week.,
