Identifying deficiencies and quickly develop solutions to improve reliability and add operational efficiencies. Planning and Executing Application load tests and be accountable for the run and result validations of LT until resolution over issues identified in the application’s performance by working with stakeholders. Managing LoadTest exercises and part of post analysis work and attend related calls. Presenting findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and influencing decision-making processes. Leading & developing the futuristic automation to eliminate manual processes Leading failure analysis and remediation efforts. Functioning as a subject matter expert in container-based cloud-computing and performance improvement. Acting as a point of escalation for external support teams, providing feedback and guidance on the evolution of the platform support and maintenance. Leading failure analysis and remediation efforts. Effectively communicating with tenants and on rare occasions external customers. Ensuring software, application standards by upgrades, Migration and code refactorization Where you’ll be working In this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. What we’re looking for... You’ll need to have: Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant work experience. Four or more years of experience on Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS (Cloud Technologies). Experience with cloud native logging & monitoring tools such as ELK, Neurelic, Grafana etc. Experience of the Kubernetes & Open stack. Knowledge of NFS and Networking fundamentals. Experience with CICD tools (Jenkins, Sonar, git). To demonstrate agile mindset and adopt for change. Experience with Gen AI will be an added advantage. Even better if you have one or more of the following: In depth working experience with Kubernetes & Open stack. Experience in design and development of cloud native applications.
