Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design and implement customizations in
ChaRM
to support complex workflows.
Configure and maintain
Retrofit
for dual landscape synchronization.
Troubleshoot transport management and change control issues.
Implement and configure
SAP Cloud ALM
for monitoring and operations.
Support core Solution Manager modules: ITSM, Monitoring, Technical Administration, Test Suite, and Documentation.
Manage
System Landscape Directory (SLD)
and
LMDB
.
Perform upgrades and patches for SAP Solution Manager.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Prepare documentation, SOPs, and provide training to end-users.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Solution Manager.
Strong hands-on experience with
ChaRM
,
Retrofit
, and
TMS
.
Experience with
SAP Cloud ALM
and integration scenarios.
Knowledge of working in
N+1 landscapes
and S/4HANA systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
SAP certifications in Solution Manager or Cloud ALM are a plus.
