Consultant Process Excellence

As a Process Excellence Lead at GlobalLogic, your role involves designing and implementing a governance framework for process ownership. You will establish clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and drive continuous improvement by planning and managing change for deploying redesigned processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness - Developing and maintaining a continuous improvement roadmap for process enhancements and new process development - Analyzing current processes to identify areas where automation can improve accuracy and efficiency - Leading the creation and implementation of SOPs and managing a centralized knowledge base for process efficiency - Assessing and providing preliminary costs, timelines, and resource commitments for potential solutions - Leading business process assessment and re-engineering, covering project execution stages such as Kick-off, Stakeholder consultation, Blueprinting, Realization, Documentation, and Project closure - Streamlining existing processes using Lean methodology, identifying efficiencies, and collaborating with leads to develop effective solutions - Driving Six Sigma and Lean initiatives to address process gaps, implement automation, and manage Process Excellence (PEx) initiatives across the company - Handling customer comebacks, tracking errors, and identifying process improvement opportunities - Promoting best practice sharing and providing quality methodology training for the team **Qualifications Required:** - 12+ years of experience, with at least 4+ years in process excellence - Green Belt Certified - Possession of any graduation degree - Willingness to work from the office and in rotational shifts (5 working days, 2 days off) - Immediate availability for joining GlobalLogic prioritizes a culture of caring where you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful connections with collaborative teammates, supportive managers, and compassionate leaders.
