Consultant

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Consultant role based in Pune. The Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing strategic recommendations. They will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, develop and implement solutions, and track the outcomes. Additionally, the Consultant will prepare detailed reports, present findings to stakeholders, and ensure the successful execution of projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, and strategic planning
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Proficiency with project management tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) and industry experience are a plus
