Job Description

Candidate should be MD (Medicine).

Should have experience of 5 years in same post.

Key responsibilities:

Patient care:
Diagnosing and treating common ailments, managing chronic diseases, providing emergency care, and assisting in medical procedures.
Record keeping:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
Health programs:
Implementing health programs, such as vaccination drives and community health initiatives.
Coordination and collaboration:
Working with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans and communicating with patients and their families.
Compliance and quality assurance:
Ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines, hospital policies, and healthcare regulations.
Administrative duties:
Depending on the role, this can include supervising staff, managing departments, and handling administrative tasks like claim processing and report compilation.

Required skills and qualifications:

Education:
A medical degree (MBBS) and a valid medical license are essential.
Clinical skills:
Strong ability to conduct examinations, interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medication, and perform procedures.
Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Leadership:
Ability to lead a team, guide junior staff, and work collaboratively in a healthcare setting.
