Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi NCR, UP, Rajastah, Haryana for a Consultant – Mobilization and Training. The consultant will be responsible for facilitating training sessions, developing training content, engaging with stakeholders, and implementing mobilization strategies. Key tasks include coordinating training schedules, delivering workshops, and providing exceptional support to enhance participant engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A unique blend of 

  Program Management, Soft skills and Technical Expertise.

• Basic understanding of 

  Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity concepts.

• Proficiency in Training & Development and Training skills
• Experience in Consulting and stakeholder engagement
• Strong Communication skills for facilitating workshops and presentations
• Customer Service skills to address and resolve attendee needs effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Comfortable with on-site work and interacting with diverse audiences
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in education or training sectors is a plus
• CTC : 5 to 6 LPA
