Job Description

Consultant / Manager IT Strategy & M&A

Responsibilities

Drive and manage IT Strategy & M&A projects, including carve-outs, TSA (Transition Service Agreements), and post-merger integrations.
Support clients in Day 1 & Day 100 planning, IMO (Integration Management Office) activities, and separation execution.
Provide strategic insights on IT investments, digital transformation, and operating models.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess IT capabilities, risks, and integration challenges.
Develop presentations and reports to communicate recommendations to senior executives.
Work with cross-functional teams across IT, business, and operations for successful deal execution.

Skills and Qualifications

MBA / PGDM (mandatory)
from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institution.
28 years of experience
in IT Strategy / Technology Consulting with a focus on
M&A, carve-outs, and integrations
.
Strong understanding of
IT strategy, governance, and digital transformation
.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex consulting projects and client stakeholders.
Excellent
analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
.

Levels & Compensation

Senior Analyst (24 yrs):
Up to ?1516 LPA + variable
Assistant Manager (46 yrs):
Up to ?23 LPA + variable
Associate Manager (68 yrs):
Up to ?27 LPA + variable
