We are seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that enhance our brand visibility and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance the organization's brand and visibility.
• Create engaging content for various channels including social media, websites, and press releases.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for communication initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
• Manage internal communications to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
• Organize and coordinate events, webinars, and other promotional activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-11 years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Ability to analyze communication metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
