We are seeking a dedicated and skilled OT Technician to join our surgical team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various surgical procedures, ensuring that the operating room is well-equipped and maintained, and supporting the surgical staff in delivering high-quality patient care. This position is open to candidates with 0-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Assist in the setup and maintenance of operating room equipment.
Ensure that all surgical instruments are sterilized and ready for use.
Support the surgical team during procedures by providing necessary tools and supplies.
Monitor and manage inventory of surgical supplies and equipment.
Assist with patient positioning and preparation for surgery.
Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment.

Skills and Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Operation Theatre Technology or a related field.
Basic understanding of surgical procedures and protocols.
Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control practices.
Proficient in using and maintaining surgical instruments and equipment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
