Job Description (Posting). Primary roles and responsibilities are as follows: Deploy Network Server/containers based on business and technical requirements. Partner with project and program managers to meet overall timelines and resolution of issues. Operate and troubleshoot Network Server/containers to identify and resolve issues quickly. Take a lead role in the engagement and mitigation of outage causing events or issues. Validate problem descriptions and perform detailed problem diagnosis track and update problems in trouble-ticketing system. Perform non-critical investigations into functionality that is not working as desired. Engage deeply in the sustainment function to proactively analyze network parameters such as capacity and availability to ensure issues are fixed before they cause an outage. Review, consult and prepare for planned change introduction to production environment. Participate in rotating on call schedule with other members of the team including weekends. Partner with teams to plan and execute software code upgrades and device maintenance. Partner with the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team to provide mentorship and input on operational process improvements. Provide feedback to infrastructure architects on design issues or improvements and input into the design process for new initiatives. What you get to do in this role: As a Staff Engineer on the Cloud Networking team, you will be responsible for building, managing and operating the global network infrastructure that is the foundation of all our services. Maintaining network stability ensures that our customers stay connected with our suite of applications, products and services. Key to success for this role will be your understanding of the network and using your knowledge and skills in delivering against our goals. The role itself is a combination of deployments, sustainment engineering, and operational (troubleshooting, problem analysis, etc.) tasks and allows for the engineer to be involved in a broad range of network functions. Excellent cross-team collaboration, technical skills, and clear communications are required. Sample first 6-month deliverables Quickly integrate into the environment and gain a solid understanding of network architecture, organization, and process/procedures. Deploy capacity into a datacenter based on demand. Participate in incident bridges and serve as the networking engineering resource to troubleshoot and mitigate outages. Take ownership of a minimum of two datacenters perform all sustainment engineering functions. Partner with the SRE team to identify and solve one network process issue. (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (5.) To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives. Role Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining equipment related to renewable energy systems , hydrology instruments , or agriculture technology products . This role involves both on-site and off-site technical support, preventive maintenance, installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and customer training. Key Responsibilities: Install, commission, maintain, and repair systems and instruments in the field. Provide technical support for renewable energy systems (e.g., solar PV, inverters), hydrological instruments (e.g., water level sensors, flow meters), or smart agriculture equipment (e.g., soil sensors, irrigation controllers). Perform site visits for diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and emergency support. Calibrate instruments and ensure equipment accuracy and compliance with relevant standards. Work closely with clients to understand issues and provide timely resolutions. Maintain service logs, documentation, and reports for internal and customer records. Train customers and end-users on system operation and basic troubleshooting. Coordinate with the R&D and product teams to relay field feedback and suggest improvements. Ensure all activities comply with company safety protocols and quality standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering. 210 years of field service experience in renewable energy , hydrology , or agriculture technology domains. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, sensors, or control systems. Experience using diagnostic tools, test equipment, and calibration procedures. Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings. Good problem-solving and customer service skills. Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites (domestic or international).
