Job Description

Designation - Consultant / Senior Consultant Management Accounting

Department: Accounts

Location: Mumbai

Job level: Mid-Level

Contract type: Permanent

Date: July 2025

Key activities:

Manage Accounts Payable Invoice Processing, Reconciliations, Indirect expenses posting & other day to day accounting.
Liaoning with Banks for payments, loan, bank guarantee etc.
Fixed asset accounting
Keep deadlines for finalizing month - end posting including accurate calculation of accruals.
Prepare internal and external reporting related to monthly, quarterly and annual closing.

Key relationships:

Key relationships with Vendors Banks, Forex dealers, Employees and other providers of ground services.
Key internal relationships with Management, IT, HR & Admin.

Knowledge, skills and experience:

Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
Degree in Finance.
Very good analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and to work through a hectic work schedule.
Capable of handling high volume in a timely manner with accuracy.
Driven to succeed with a professional can do attitude and work ethic, focusing on results.
Demonstrated ability to establish and adhere to priorities in a fast pace environment and work independently.
Seven - Ten years’ experience.
