Consultant Intern - Project Management

As a Consultant Intern in Project Management at TNP India, you will play a vital role in supporting transformation and performance optimization programs. You will contribute in the following ways: - **Project Coordination and Execution Support:** You will assist project managers by tracking milestones, managing timelines, and ensuring adherence to defined methodologies and standards. - **Cross-Cultural Communication Facilitation:** Acting as a liaison between teams in different regions, you will ensure seamless communication and collaboration by bridging cultural and operational differences. - **Documentation, Reporting, and Quality Assurance:** Your responsibilities will include supporting the preparation and maintenance of essential project documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes. - **Research, Analysis, and Presentation Development:** Conducting research and data analysis to support decision-making and strategy development, you will create insightful presentations and dashboards for stakeholders. - **Internal Initiatives and Process Optimization:** Participate in internal improvement projects and best practice development to enhance efficiency and strengthen project delivery frameworks. - **Client Interaction and Workshop Participation:** Join client meetings and workshops, prepare materials, capture key discussions, and coordinate follow-up actions to meet client needs. As a potential candidate for this role, you are required to have: - MBA or engineering degree in economics, business administration, financial analysis, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex economic data and trends. - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and fluency in French. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI, and Power Apps. - Prior internship or academic experience in project management or consulting. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and within a team. - Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment, being proactive, curious, and eager to learn.,
