Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Understand the context, strategy & specific objectives of each client in terms of client satisfaction, performance, digital transformation, and sustainable transformation.
Responsible for the smooth operation of the client's business processes periodically. This includes synthesizing data, performing quality checks, and translating them into actionable digital roadmaps.
Contribute to or help lead technology, process, or analytical discussions and finalize the approach/solution.
Communicate effectively with the client, capturing the right level of details. Create and present client recommendations and results.
Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Primary Required Skills

Strong client-facing skills, with a passion for building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional value.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges into manageable solutions.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools will be an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

B Tech + MBA
Minimum 1-4 years of hands-on experience in the field.
Highly proficient in English and Hindi. French will be an added advantage.
Willing to travel, both in India and overseas, on a project basis.
